But in YC113, a treacherous member, Jirai Laitanen, potentially identified as the demised Guristas \'Fatal\', took over the direction, stole the corporation wallet and disbanded the consortium. Disgusted by the turn of events, the founders restarted from ashes, but with no intention to open and grow powerful as they did previously.
In view of previous events in Turnur, the original founders gather again in the Consortium and decided to start anew in the Minmatar Republic. They think, combining the Minmatar spirit with the Consortium\'s ambition, to grow serenely and sustain adequately the war against the Amarr Empire.
Now their story continues to unfold, as they embrace the challenges of a dynamic New Eden universe, embarking on daring missions, and leaving an indelible mark on the history of New Eden.
