In the rare event that Forced Entry provides prior notice to vacate, affiliates of the debtor and non-essential third parties are implored to do so by the most expeditious means practical to avoid collateral damage. Any resistance to our debt collection methods or third-party interference with the reclamation process will be met with overwhelming and unreasonable force; that of which the resulting resolution will most assuredly conclude with a finality that far exceeds the debtor\'s comprehension. All enforcement actions, including the mitigation of collateral damage, are executed at the debtor\u2019s sole expense. Third-party interference is deemed a binding acceptance of these terms. Forced Entry shall be held harmless and absolved of all liability for any and all collateral damage sustained during the discharge of our official duties within our theater of operations, wherever that may happen to be. Any collateral damage incurred by Forced Entry will be considered the cost of doing business.
