u'We are currently focussing on forming small groups to engage in the new PvE content created for new characters and/or alpha characters.
Examples of activities that are appealing to small novice groups are: Warzone sites, NPC miner fleets as well as more traditional content like level 4 missions and combat sites. Potentially we may add activities arround moon mining as we grow.
The focus when selecting our activities is high reward, fun and manageable risk.
We specifically avoid some key problems from groups out there: we are alpha friendly and don\'t push people to subscribe, we are based arround Trossere and you don\'t need to relocate your stuff, we avoid risky play that could potentially ruin your existence and/or forces subscription in order to be competitive. We do NOT imitate big corporation gameplay (this is what most smaller groups are after providing a very frustrating experience because its basically not possible to compete or wage war against experienced groups).
That being said our focus is purpose oriented, we expect everyone has done most of the career agent missions and knows some basics like the meaning of fitting a T1 frigate.
At a individual level supporting the growth of each player is a central and key element for us. This ranges from help with the identification of possible short and mid term goals for each one as well as growth from there according to each liking and posibilities. That being said there are more tutorial and trainig material out there than anyone could aspire to ever read, we don\'t intend to explain basics on chat or voicecomm.
In order to fly this small groups effectively we need voicecomm, I have set up a discord server for itdiscord you can join for a spin and/or you can apply to the corp directly, keep in mind we need you to say hi on discord in order to accept your application. Also check TIWIT for ingame chatting,
At the moment our core time is 18:00-20:00 CEST \u2013 Central European Summer Time, depending on demmand we can extend this as desired, in principle whoever is first creates a fleet and people join in.
When in voicecomm we need you to speak all the time in english. Any other language is only acceptable in a separate channel if, and only if, all people in there speak that language. English is a foreign language for most of us but its the only way to keep comms comfortable overall.
