Here at G.R.I.M. our core competencies are all about Resource Acquisition & Industry, whether that be small scale or large scale Industry, BPO & BPC Research and Acquisition, or Single ship mining or Large scale fleet mining operations.

However we take great pride in not limiting our members to only partake in our core operations.

As a member of G.R.I.M. you will be expected to partake in industry and mining operations in some aspects, small or large, but you are not required to do only that.

You are FREE to explore any activity available, be that exploring JS, KS, Pochven, Running Abyssal DS, and so on. Anything you wish to do, you are allowed to do, but whilst still partaking in our core operations, when that is requried of you.

This is The Main Corporation, but you can expect to see, or be, relocated to allied corps serving as fronts or specialized operations.

You are NOT required to be an experienced player, nor extremely active player.

You are FREE to run solo at all times in more cases than not, but may be called to partake in fleet mining operations.

No mining done in your own time will EVER be considered property of the croporation, unless you alone declared it to be, by delivering it directly to the corp.
However any mining done by the direct request of the corporation, solo or in fleet, will be required to be turnt over to the corporation, and will come with post determined compensation, based on Amount Contributed, Experince, and Corporation Status.

You may harvest, produce, and sell, ANY item you want in your own time and will NEVER be required to train into any skill you do not wish to train.

Any skill required to partake in any operation, if you are not willing to train into, in your own time, will be provided to you, or see you not required to attend the operation.

The more operations you take part in and the longer you have been a member of the corporation the more rewards and responsibilities you can expect.
